What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy for Clients and Companies
Profe Ana Eslava aims to adopt a fair cancellation policy for both clients and teachers. We understand that unexpected events can occur in your personal life, so we strive to offer equitable service for everyone.
How does the cancellation policy work?
After your class with your teacher, you will confirm the date and time of your next class. You will then receive a personalized class report with feedback. The date of your next class will be confirmed at the top of this report. If you can attend the class, no response is necessary.
However, if you realize that you cannot attend the class due to a personal or work commitment, you must inform your teacher in writing at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. If you choose to inform your teacher verbally, make sure to send written confirmation to avoid misunderstandings.
Your teacher will confirm the cancellation and offer alternative dates and times to reschedule the class.
What are the two "lives"?
Each client who books classes with Profe Ana Eslava can change, reschedule, or cancel 2 classes within 24 hours of the class start time. Once you have used these "lives," the policy mentioned above will apply. We recommend saving these "lives" for emergencies. The two "lives" apply for every 20 hours of classes booked.
What happens if you cancel your class with less than 24 hours' notice?
If you cancel your class within 24 hours of its scheduled start time and have already used your "lives," unfortunately, you will lose that class. It cannot be rescheduled, and you will be charged the full amount for the class.
Cancellation Policy for Teachers
All teachers at Profe Ana Eslava must also comply with a cancellation policy to ensure minimal disruption to your preferred class schedule.
